We are a family run business set in the sleepy fenland of West Norfolk. Here at Willow Barn, we offer guests a true farm B&B stay on an idyllic smallholding; with self check-in, a private room and bathroom and spa, Willow Barn provides ideal accommodation for up to two guests.

Set in a beautiful rural location, Willow Barn is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from the Norfolk market town of Kings Lynn and with easy access to the Norfolk broads. Wider afield, Willow Barn is approximately an hour from either Norwich or Cambridge, making it the ideal location from which to explore the whole the East Anglia region.

However, if guests would rather stay local, there is always the opportunity to relax at our smallholding and get to know some of our animals. We have a variety of animals that we love looking after; our large black pigs have a wonderful life, wallowing in mud after a rain, eating fresh vegetables daily while the younger pigs often play football with Karen. We also have a horse and pony, three Canadian long-eared owls and some rather energetic goats, who - according to Richard - make a habit out of testing the structural integrity of the fence!

As of late May 2019, 100% of guests have given Willow Barn a 5-star rating on Airbnb, resulting in Karen being designated as a Superhost. Superhosts are experienced, highly rated hosts who are committed to providing great stays for guests.
